Microsoft has announced launch of its much awaited Nokia X2 – a successor to its Android based Nokia X series.
A dual-SIM budget phone Nokia X2 has been priced 99 euros (Rs. 8100) to give tough competition Samsung, HTC and Huawei phones.
Nokia X2 comes with 4.3-inch WVGA ClearBlack display. Running on Nokia X software platform 2.0 based on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean), the phone is powered by a 1.2 dual-core Snapdragon 200 processor.
It features 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It has 4 GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card and 1 GB RAM. It runs on 1,800 mAh battery which provides talk time Up to 10 hours for 2G and Up to 13 hours for 3G network.
Microsoft offers homemade apps like Skype, Outlook.com and OneDrive along with 7 GB storage free cloud storage with Nokia X2. The company has yet to declare the country specific launch dates.
