Honor recently launched the band Z1 which is exclusively available from Flipkart and is priced at Rs. 5,499.
The band Z1 can track users’ fitness as well as sleep; it also features a calorie consumption feature to track the amount of calorie intake. The band Z1 comes with a few smartwatch like features such as notification alerts for calls, messages, reminders etc. it also offers customized dialing options; the band Z1 comes in 2 different sizes. A bigger 244.4x38x9.5mm and a slightly smaller 229.4x38x9.5mm variant.
As of the specifications the band Z1 houses a 1.06-inch (128×128 pixels) OLED circular touchscreen display. Under the hood it derives its power from a Cortex M4 STM32F411 chipset paired with 128KB RAM. There is 512 KB on internal storage offered too.
The band Z1 boasts of IP68 certification which essentially makes the band dustproof as well as waterproof up to a certain extent. The band Z1 uses Bluetooth to connect to either Android or iOS. It requires Android 4.4 kitkat or above to work on android or iOS 7 or above for iOS.
The band is powered by a 70 mAh battery which the company claims to be enough for upto 3 days of usage. The band comes with a wireless charging dock which charges the band in 1.5 hours.
