A German court granted temporary ban on selling
Apple iPhone in Germany in a patent infringement case. However, the order will not affect much on Apple’s sales as the company don’t sell its product directly but through local subsidiary, which was not covered by the injunction.
In an interim order, the German court said, Apple may not sell certain mobile devices including iPad and iPhone in Germany that infringe on two Motorola Mobility patents related to wireless technology. The court also said that If Apple continues selling the devices then it has to pay a fine of up to 250,000 euros.
Internet search giant Google, which is also a major player in the mobile market through its Android operating system, is in the process to acquire Motorola Mobility.
About Sprightly Spirit
“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!Tags:
