Virat Kohli Helps India To Beat Pakistan In T20 World Cup

India continues its legacy of beating Pakistan in World Cup encounters! On Sunday India trashed Pakistan by 8 wickets to remain in the T20 World Cup semi final race.

Virat Kohli’s unbeaten 78 helps India overpass Pakistan’s target of 129 in 17 over in the Super Eight match at the Twenty20 World Cup at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo and successfully keeping their semifinals hope alive.

Virender Sehwag returned to the team and scored 29, while Yuvraj was unbeaten with 19 runs.

Indian bowlers bowled very well and restricted Pakistan to 128. Dhoni’s strategy of left out both the spinner Piyush Chawla and Harbhajan Singh for today’s match paid off and Lakshmipathy Balaji who made a comeback to the team bowled extremely well. Yuvraj Singh and Ravichandran Ashwin got two wickets each too.
