US women relay team has broke 27-year-old long record of East Germany and set a new world record in the 4×100 meters.
The US team was led by 200-meter champion Allyson Felix, who won her second gold in the London Olympics. US team finished the race in 40.82 seconds. In addition to that US team beats rival Jamaican relay team.
Camelita Jeter was the last runner to run and finished off the world record job.
In the Men’s 4×100 relay Jamaica is favourite and ‘living legend’ Bolt who already ‘doubled’ in the 100 and 200, is looking for the third gold medal on Saturday from the Olympics 2012.
About Sprightly Spirit
“I dare do all that may become a man. Who dares more is none”. And all, may be. It may be the vigor. Or the spirit. Or the courage to avoid being “politically correct” or bent. And, ban all averse with immaculate overture of graciously fathomable words firm in views. Subtle. Justifying the undying conscience. Values. Knowledge. And, dares to stay true. True to own. True to the world. And, to the words. With a dream in eyes it exists. In you. In me. In all. The sprite that never shies away. The spirit that never dies!Tags:
