Cricketer Rahul Sharma Faces Arrest In Juhu Drug Case

Indian spinner Rahul Sharma tested positive for consumption of drugs in a rave party at Juhu in Mumbai in month of May. Now Rahul will face police arrest and his participation at the ODI series against Sri Lanka comes to a shocking end.  India is set to play against Sri Lanka on Saturday.

BCCI is not taking any decision in hurry. As per the sources after examine the prrof BCCI will take the decision of dropping Sharma from the squad.

Rahul Sharma who earlier claimed that he was innocent and not taking drugs at the party, is now under severe pressure.

Rahul Sharma and South African cricketer Wayne Parnell attended a rave party at a posh Juhu Hotel in Mumbai last May along with celebrities like Apurva Agnihotri, Anshuman Jha, Parth Sharma, Amit Gaur, Rocky S.

Among 90 people 42 tested positive for drugs. Out of 42, 35 tested positive for cannabis and 3 tested positive for both cannabis and cocaine.

As per Indian Penal Code, all those who are tested positive with drugs will now face arrest.
