Senior Aam Aadmi Party leaders Yogendra Yadav and Prashant Bhushan were removed from the list of party spokesperson, on Tuesday. A new list, as reported earlier, was released by the party, which did not include the names of the two leaders. Rumors were making rounds that the two would be expelled from the spokespersons list, which have turned out to be true.
Apart from the two, Atishi Marlena, Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai and Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia too, have been removed from the list. For their expulsion the party reasoned that they needed to focus on the governance in Delhi.
The two leaders were earlier dismissed from the decision making bodies of the party when they were excluded out of the list too.
