The ‘tu tu main main’ fight between two Bollywood star candidates in Chandigarh constituency went on to Twitter as well.
After Aam Aadmi Party’s candidate Gul Panag said that people should retire at the age of 60, the BJP candidate Kirron Kher hit back at her by saying ‘there are 25-year-olds who are bimbos, 60-year-olds who are brilliant’. According to Kher retirement should not be judged by age but to be considered on person’s mental and physical capability.
In an interview with CNN-IBN, Kirron Kher said, “She (Gul Panag)didn’t say I was 60. She said 60-year-olds should retire. I think retirement should be decided by people whether they can mentally and physically handle something. You have 25-year-olds who are bimbos and you have 60-year-olds who are brilliant.”
“I am not about to let somebody else get away. You pulled the first punch, I will draw blood,” she added.
