Mulayam Singh criticises Akhilesh Yadav’s government

Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav today criticised son Akhilesh Yadav’s government over the failing law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh and lack of work culture in the state.

“The UP government is being run by stooges,” he said at a public meet in Lucknow in presence of Akhilesh Yadav.

“Aye Mukhyamantri sun lo! (Chief Minister, listen!). Officers are delaying clearances. Chaploos (stooges) are running the government. Stooges always cheat you, they are not good for a chief minister’s image”, said Mulayam Singh.

Mulayam also unkind towards his close aid and senior UP minister Azam Khan by saying, “Azam Khan, please start working.”
