After meeting with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh told on Monday said that rise of both country is good for the world.
Speaking to media the Prime Minister said that both India and China are committed to ‘peace and tranquillity’ along LAC.
“Special representatives of India and China will consider further measures that may be needed to ensure peace and tranquillity along the border,” the PM said.
Dr. Singh also informed media that India raised its concern with the Chinese Premier over the building of dams on river Brahmaputra.
In the morning India and China signed eight agreements.
