Mamata Banerjee to address rally in Tripura

West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress Chief Mamata Banerjee is set to address an election rally in Agartala later this month. The news comes at a time when BJP has announced that its Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will address a rally on February 22 in the same city.

TMC chief of Tripura Ratan Chakraborty has confirmed the news but said that the date is not fixed yet. Chakraborty also said that TMC national secretary Mukul Roy has instructed the party to start preparing for Mamata Banerjee’s rally in left-rule Tripura.
