To curb China’s denagarous rise and muscle-flexing in the Asia-Pacific region, India and Japan on Wednesday join hands to work together for ensuring stability in the region as well as boost their partnership.
In a significant development, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe agreed to work together against the force which wants to provoke other countries in Asia by violating the international law and trying to change territorial stability.
“India from the west, Japan from the east, the confluence of the two most deep-rooted democracies is already one important part of international common good for the 21st century. I am of a belief that it is the important task that Japan and India should shoulder to ensure that Asia remains in peace and prosperity,” Shinzo Abe said.
Indirectly pointing out at China’s recent attempts to arm-twist Japan and violating LAC with India, both the nations have agreed to fight diplomatically agaisnt the evil force like Chilna.
Japan also urged to assist India with financial help in projects like the Chennai-Bangalore industrial corridor and third line of Mumbai Metro. Japan also pledged India for signing civil nuclear cooperation.
Japan also offered to share its high technology in both military and civilian applications with India.
