At last the Pakistani Hindu pilgrimages get the permission from Pakistan government to cross the Wagah border and visit India. A group consist of some 250 Pakistani Hindus were detained at Wagah land by Pakistan police for charging of migrating to India. They were detained for almost seven hours.
After the Hindus assured the FIA team that they would not speak against Pakistan in India and will return back to Pakistan, the Interior Minister Rehman Malik allow them to visit India.
The Hindus have received 33-day visas for different Indian cities including Haridwar and Vaishno Devi.
The Pakistani media claims that these people might not return to Pakistan and settle in India for their good. A recent kidnap of a teenage Hindu girl, Manisha Kumari, from Jacobabad city of Sindh province had raised concern in the minority community.
