The second largest low-cost airline, SpiceJet has extended the complimentary meals, beverages and priority baggage handling to select seats under SpiceMax to an indefinite period.
SpiceMax is equivalent to a business or an economy seat in other airlines.
Ahead of the upcoming vacation season, this Delhi-based airline had announced this offer for a limited period but extended the offer due to the overwhelming positive response of the people.
“The offer of complimentary meals and beverages and priority baggage handling facility for all SpiceMax seats will be a permanent feature, going forward”, SpiceJet said in a statement.
The SpiceMax passengers will be occupying the first five rows of SpiceJet’s Boeing aircraft and the front row on a Bombadier Q400 aircraft. The second exit row will also be belonging to the SpiceMax passengers, said SpiceJet; not forgetting the fact that the airline is promoted by Ajay Singh.
SpiceMax seats are available for an add fee ranging from Rs. 500 to Rs. 100 per sector depending on te aircraft and flight and can be easily purchased from the SpiceMax seat map at the time of booking the tickets.
