In her attempt to stop the rumours, Bollywood Actress Preity Zinta has ruled out possibility of selling her stake in IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab and relocating to the US.
“A big Thank U 2all the people 4the support. Amazed at how much speculation in the media. No I’m not selling my stake or settling in the US,” Preity Zinta wrote on her Twitter account on Wednesday night.
“SO called sources says anything & its getting reported. Pls No hearsay. There are many IMP Issues in India which are much more news worthy,” she added.
The Preity Zinta-Ness Wadia case took a new turn when Wadia camp lodged a police complaint alleging gangster Ravi Pujari thretend Ness Wadia for “harassing” her.
Last week Bollywood actress and Kings XI Punjab co-owner Preity Zinta has filed a complaint against her former boyfriend and business partner Ness Wadia alleging that he had molested abused and threatened her on May 30 during an IPL match between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings.
The Mumbai police is investigating the case. The Marine Drive Police station lodged the FIR against Ness Wadia under IPC Sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) and 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) after Preity Zinta filed the written complaint.
