Known for her incomparable and supreme acting caliber, Kalki Koechlin has never failed to awe viewers with her choice of films.
Although, this time she is all set to leave us wonder-struck once again with a brand-new adventurous project! She is soon going to take us all around the mesmerising north-eastern region of India by stepping in the shoes of a travel show host. She will be seen riding a bike, and exploring nature’s beauty accompanied by none other than her father, Joel Koechlin.
Her father being a great biker and photographer, she undoubtedly recognises him as her travel partner and source of inspiration. This fact just boosts the chance of this show being truly promising and worth looking-forward-to.
The father-daughter duo will be seen covering the distance of around 4,000 kilo-meters on their motorbikes. They will overcome the challenges posed by impromptu climatic conditions and rocky roads. Speaking about the show, Kalki said, “It feels great to work with the team at the channel again. The North-East has always intrigued me and it will be quite an experience to explore the terrain on two wheels. It was not one of the most comfortable, relaxing holidays but every muscle ache was worth it- the show was a dream vacation for a thrill seeker like me.”
After Dia Mirza’s Ganga – The Soul Of India proved to be successful, Kalki’s new show has surely escalated our excitement levels! The show will be aired on Fox Life channel and will take off in the month of September!
