Mr. Perfectionist is well known for his year- end releases, which customarily pocket a great bunch of buzz, adding more number of hits to his starry movie list. Then, how Amir`s upcoming release P.K would turn out to be an exception to all these pre- known facts and claims to fame. But this time, it seems that Amir has started the mission of making his film exclusive from the first poster release itself.
The very first poster of P.K seized a chance to be the breaking news and caught the eyes of media as well as his followers. The ill- famed poster portrayed the nude Amir who was seen holding the transistor wittingly to cover his modesty.
Howbeit, no one in this universe can`t predict what electrifying news they would get to hear next. Adhering to this simple theory, we acknowledge that the transistor which the P.K actor used in his bold poster is said to be demanded by an online auction site paying a price worth Rs 1.5 crore! The transistor, costing Rs 227 only, was lucky enough to path its journey from Chor Bazaar to the hands of Mr. Perfectionist which also helped it to raise its position. It is really getting tougher now to point out who is the hero of film, Amir or boom box , as from the resources it can be known that many are ready to offer a great amount of bucks for the transistor.
Although money can`t be compared to emotions, as for Amir too, it is becoming tougher to part ways with the thing which he feels is deeply connected to his character. He thinks that the amount of money gained can`t contribute to its real price and that it shouldn`t be sold away to anyone. However, the marketing team tried hard to persuade Amir but all in vain. What added more spice to this was the bubbly lass Anushka Sharma, asking Amir and Rajkumar Hirani, the director of P.K, to preserve ghetto blaster as a souvenir.
Ahead of his film`s release, the versatile actor has started promoting the comedy drama, P.K and hold an event recently in the blessed city of Varanasi. What actor says about the film is, “The story of the film and my character in it, touched my heart. When Rajkumar Hirani narrating the script to me, I was sometimes laughing and sometimes crying. It is a brilliant story. I can’t tell you the story of the film as I don’t want to spoil your fun. But like Hirani says something fundamental through each of his films, so this movie won’t be different.”
The collection of happy moments the film team holds with itself consists of the news that the film recently got the censor board clearance with a UA Certificate.
Be calm readers, still two more weeks and then you are free to enter into the intriguing P.K. Kingdom on 19th Dec, 2014 after a real long wait.
