Crying Heals..!

As studied in science, tears lubricate your eyes, remove irritants, reduce stress hormones, and they contain antibodies that fight pathogenic microbes.Tears are your body’s release valve for stress, sadness, grief, anxiety, and frustration. Never stop yourself from crying as it helps in releasing the pain hidden inside your heart so they don’t lodge in my body as stress symptoms such as fatigue or pain. People around you will try stopping you but never ever listen to anyone. Crying helps you recover, revive and forget the damage which has happened to you. Once you cry your heart out, remember to not look back and move ahead. To stay healthy and fit Psychologists encourage people to cry at least once a day. Avoid crying in front of people who keep on judging you on a constant basis. If you are important to them they won’t let you cry and since you are crying it proves that you are not important. So be important for yourself and have some self-esteem.

According to some people crying makes a person weak. Biochemist and tear expert Dr. William Frey at the Ramsey Medical Center in Minneapolis discovered that reflex tears are 98% water, whereas emotional tears also contain stress hormones which get excreted from the body through crying. You might sit and cry if you have no clue about your life. It might make you weak for a few moments but once you are over it no other person is as strong as you are and it is a proven fact.

A gentle reminder to people who keep on insisting people to not cry. Don’t stop people from crying, let them become strong. Instead of stopping them, try to keep them happy and they will forget the reason behind their tears. Crying heals you from within and everyone should at least for once. Crying gives you immense strength to understand the situation and change it according to your needs. It makes you self-confident and independent. Thank God that you have this capacity of crying which instantly heals you. Stay happy.
