Mahe Beach

Secluded and tranquil Mahe Beach is located close to Kannur City in Pondicherry. Mahe Beach is popular among tourists for its quite and serene surroundings. Unlike Beaches in Goa, Mahe Beach is a quite with no shacks, shops and irritating vendors to disturb your peaceful time at the beach. Mahe Beach is a hub for fishing activities and makes a great place for water sport activities. Previously a French Colony, Mahe has a touch of French Flavor to it. The best way to enjoy the view of Mahe Beach is from the Tagore Park and the Government House. One thing not to be missed at Mahe Beach is sailing to Dhaamadham island off the coast from Thaasserry. A long walk on the beach or indulging in water sports, Mahe Beach is where you can relax and have fun altogether.
