If you don’t know what ‘c’ in 5c means, it means ‘cheap’. It is all set to launch in India on 1st November 2013.
After the beautiful colors for the iPod, giving surprising colors to its smartphone was a well thought idea by Apple.
If you are an iPhone fan and always desired for one in your pocket, take out all that cash from in there and replace it with the iPhone 5c. It is expected to be priced somewhere between 40k and 43k in India.
Coming to the features, nothing can beat the wonderful iOS 7.Runs smooth as butter and the phone doesn’t act weird. It has an 8 MP camera similar to that of iPhone 5 and clicks exceptionally good pictures with a good speed. So you can go click-click-click with the 5c and not click—-click—-click—-(others, most of them consume a bit of more time in between two clicks as compared to the iPhone series). So this side of a high end smartphone is surely impressive. A 4 inch display might sound a little small compared to a 5.7 inch Samsung Note 3 screen. It is a choice between using your phone with one hand or both! Sipping on coffee and texting your friend at the same time is a lot better than keeping that coffee mug aside to reply. Right?
It weighs 132 gms, which though a bit bulky is way less in weight as compared to other latest smartphones available in the market. Metal was ditched for plastic. We often tend to drop our phones due to slippery grip. This phone has solved the problem as the plastic base gives a firm grip combined with a sleek look. It attracts finger prints but hey, which phone doesn’t. So this can be ignored.
If you do not use your phone rigorously, the battery will easily last for a day. Though the ‘c’ has not kept its word, if you are ready to shell out anywhere between 40k to 43k, it is worth a buy.
