Asus launched the zenfone max in India a few days ago, the phone is priced at Rs. 9,999 and is available offline as well as online. The biggest USP of the phone is its 5,000 mAh battery; the phone can also act as a power bank to charge other phones.
As of the specifications go the zenfone max houses a 5.5 inch HD (720p) screen protected by corning’s gorilla glass 4 under the hood is a Snapdragon 410 quad-core 64 bit processor chipset coupled with 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage with an option to expand the storage via Micro SD card.
For the shutterbugs the rear of the phone houses a 13 MP sensor assisted with Dual LED flash and laser autofocus. For the selfie lovers there is a 5 MP front camera for all the selfie needs. Connectivity stays the usual with dual sim card slot, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS etc.
The main USP of the phone is its massive battery and the ability to act as a power bank and charge other phones. On the software front the phone runs Android 5.0 wrapped under ZenUI.
