Sony Ericsson has recently announced launch of its new phone Xperia Active Android Phone. Much before Samsung’s Xcover, Xperia Active will hit the market.
Xperia Active is a 3 inch touchscreen, water-dust-scratch resistant Android Phone. Xperia Active is capable of 320×480-pixel resolution with 512MB of RAM and it will come with 1GB of storage – expandable up to 32GB. It is based on Android 2.3 operating system and powered by standard battery. Xperia Active weighs 110 grams.
The Xperia Active is integrated with social networking sites. Xperia Active comes with 5MP camera with digital zoom for HD video recording and playback, FM Radio. It also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, WAP enabled supports instant messaging.
Like the Xcover, the Xperia Active is also yet to confirm any official release date or price.
