Samsung and Barnes & Noble have introduced a new larger-screen10″ Galaxy Tab 4 Nook tablet at a price of $300 on Thursday.
After their first-co branded tablet -7-inch Galaxy Tab 4 Nook which was launched in August at $179, the new larger screen tab has all the same features and perks like its predecessor.
Runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, the new Nook is powered by a Snapdragon chipset (quad-core Cortex-A7). It has over $200 free contents from the NOOK Store, including books, movie, TV shows, top magazines and apps. It also has Google Play Store for Android apps.
The Galaxy Tab 4 Nook 10.1 comes with 16GB in-built storage with microSD card slot, 3MP primary camera, 1.3MP secondary camera, GPS with GLONASS for positioning and Wi-Fi connection.
The 10.1-inch diagonal screen is set to give a tough completion to its rivals like Apple’s iPad and Amazon’s Kindle Fire.
The tablet is available at all Barnes & Noble online and offline stores and at nook.com.
