Ending all speculations Nokia has unveiled its budget smartphone Lumia 525. Most of the features and looks are identical to its predecessor – Nokia Lumia 520.
The Nokia Lumia 525 comes with a 4-inch WVGA (480×800) IPS LCD display. It has 8GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card and 1GB of RAM. It also provides 7GB of free SkyDrive cloud storage.
The Nokia Lumia 525 is powered by dual-core 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 processor and runs on Windows Phone 8 OS.
The Lumia 525 features 5-megapixel rear Smart Camera with autofocus Cinemagraph lens and Panorama lens. It comes with 1430mAh battery which gives talk time up to 17 hours in 3G and 336 hours of standby time. The Lumia 525 will be available in black, white, orange, and yellow colours.
Although Nokia has not yet announced any specific dates of availability and pricing of the Lumia 525, but the rumours suggest will be available in Singapore from December 14th at around $199.
