Srinivasan to represent TNCA on Friday’s BCCI’s meet

BCCI President-in-exile N. Srinivasan will attend crucial Board meeting on Friday in New Delhi as the President of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association.

After bowled out by Bombay High Court’s order on BCCI’s probe panel Srinivasan had to step back to Chair the meet but it did not prevent him to attend the meet. High Court termed BCCI’s probe panel into IPL 6 scam as “illegal” and “unconstitutional” which has given Srinivasan a clean chit.

The meeting will be chaired by BCCI’s interim president Jagmohan Dalmiya.

“Yes, I will be attending the BCCI working Committee meeting in New Delhi on August 2,” PTI quoted Srinivasan.

“Come there and see for yourself as to what capacity I will be attending the meeting,” he told PTI. “I don’t know why you people are making a big issue. A writ was filed and the court has given its verdict. The matter finishes there. I have no further comments to make on this issue,” he added.
