MI plans to retire Sachin Tendulkar’s No. 10 jersey

IPL champion Mumbai Indians has decided to go away with master blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s No. 10 joursey in his honour.

Sachin Tendulaker has been an integral part of the Mumbai Indians from the beginning. He is the icon player for MI and had announced that after CLT20 he would retire. After Mumbai Indians won the CLT20 trophy, Sachin bid adieu to T-20 cricket and MI decided to dedicate the No.10 joursey to him.

 “I think it was a befitting tribute to our ‘Master’ as we call him. Winning the IPL as well as the Champions League T20 in the same season is a great achievement. It’s a very emotional moment for us and we have decided to retire his No. 10 jersey,” Nita Ambani told DNA. owner.
