Rumours are high that English side Chelsea has got closer in signing Polish striker Robert Lewandowski after the end of the ongoing season. If everything goes right from now on possibilities are huge that the 25-year old striker will take the field in the season in blue jersey.
It has become easier for Chelsea to rope in this striker as the Lewandowski’s present club Borussia Dortmund is reluctant of selling him to their rival Bayern Munich. Also Manchester United who was in pursuit of this talismanic striker has taken a step back in this matter. United was in pursuit of this player for more than one year during the days of Sir Alex Ferguson and also had a reported bid of 18 million pound rejected. United boss David Moyes insisted that his team needs to strengthen other parts of the team rather than signing a striker.
