Current league leader Arsenal is ready to place an offer for a couple of Manchester United players in coming transfer window set to open in January. The two of United’s players who have been in the radar of the Gunners are Portuguese winger Nani and Mexican striker Javier Hernandez. According to the local media the Gunners are ready to pay an amount of 22 million pound to bring the two Red Devils to the Emirates.
Arsene Wenger who is at the moment desperate to strengthen his attacking line has set his target on the Portuguese winger and Mexican forward from Manchester United. The North-London club has already been reported to be linked with Manchester United since the final days of Sir Alex Ferguson at the helm of the club. Now with Nani not being a regular in the starting line-up, the possibilities of Nani joining the North London club are looking brighter even after signing a contract with United in September. The same story goes for Chicharito as well since he has never a regular in the first eleven in spite of proving himself at the Premier League level.
With Theo Walcott and Lukas Podolski having a tough time due to injuries and Gervinho being sold to AS Roma, this transfer could well turn out to be crucial taking into consideration the problems faced by Arsenal despite holding on to the pole position in the League table.
