There has been no such big event like that of the World Cup or the Olympics or anything that can mark this year to be a special one. Yet if we sit back and take a look at all the incidents related to sports we can say that it has been a year which is not at all devoid of some remarkable incidents that have created a buzz across the sporting world. There were controversies; there were eye-moistening departures of some great personalities; there were incidents that have left everyone across the world in a state of shock. Again there were occasions when we have felt like being blessed to witness those.  So here comes the list of incidents that have made the headlines across the world in 2013.
