BJP’s Chief Ministerial candidate in Rajasthan, Ms Vasundhara Raje asked voters to vote for BJP and wins the ‘semi-final’ election for Narendra Modi. The final would be next year’s Lok Sabha Polls where BJP’s poster boy Narendra Modi is fighting to become country’s next Prime Minister.
Rajasthan BJP president Vasundhara Raje said the upcoming Assembly elections are very important as it is the last test before next year’s general election.
“It is important to win the semi-finals to win the finals. The first priority of the party will be to set up BJP government in the state. I am here to invite you [to be a part of that process],” said Raje.
Targeting the Congress government in the state, Raje said,“Under the Congress regime, crimes against women in Rajasthan have risen and the state now has second highest number of such cases in the country.”
“Petrol, diesel, seeds, manure, all have become costly… If voted to power, the BJP government will ensure 24-hour electricity supply,” she said.
Targeting Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, Vasundhara Raje said that the Congress government slept for over four years during and now suddenly wake up and started making lots of promise.
