Supreme Court asks Juvenile Justice Board to pass order on minorDirecting on Subramanian Swamy’s petition, the Supreme Court today said that the Juvenile Justice Board can proceed further with their findings against on juvenile rape accused who were involved along with five others to rape a paramedical student in a moving bus in Delhi on December 16, 2012. The 23-year-girl was eventually died at a Singapore hospital on December 29.

In his plea Subramnian Swamy seeks that a juvenile should be treated as an adult if he is involved in a horrible crime like this.

The final arguments on the Delhi rape case will start from next week before special fast track court. Key accused Ram Singh committed suicide in Tihar Jail in March. Other four accused – Mukesh, Pawan Gupta, Vinay Sharma and Akshay Thakur are facing the trail.
