Sonia Gandhi says Adarsh issue will be resolved soon

Congress president Sonia Gandhi said Congress is fighting with corruption and will resolve Aadsarsh issue soon.  

“Adarsh issue has been discussed within the party and will be resolved… Corruption and inflation remain the key issues for us,” Sonia Gandhi said.

Yesterday Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi said he does not agree with Maharashtra cabinet’s decision on Adarsh scam report and his party will not protect any corrupt leader.

“Personally, I don’t agree with that decision. They (Maharashtra government) should reconsider that. There is no question of protecting anybody. They should reconsider,” Rahul told reporters.

Sonia also criticised media for publishing biased reports against Congress.

“I would ask media to look at other states led by other parties on corruption, look at us by all means but also look at others. Look at us by all means and point out our mistakes, but do look at others as well,” Sonia Gandhi told reporters,” Sonia Gandhi said.

“We have big challenges, but we are determined to be together and to fight and to win,” Sonia Gandhi added.
