It seems Modi and Obama shared a good relations. President Obama hold talks with Prime Minister Modi at the White House for two consecutive days in September, followed by a one-on-one meet at an East Asia summit in Myanmar and G-20 summit in Australia. They worked closely to break the ice over WTO trade deal. Obama had also openly praised Modi, calling him “a man of action”.
