In his first direct attack to Aam Aadmi Party Chief Arvind Kejriwal, BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi called him ‘Pakistan’s favourite AK 49’.
In an election rally at Hiranagar in Jammu & Kashmir, Modi said, “There are three AKs that have emerged as favourites of Pakistan – AK-47, A K Antony and AK-49 (Arvind Kejriwal).”
Earlier BJP lashed out at Kejriwal and said he is making false allegations against the Gujarat government only to stay in media focus.
Taking a dig at Congress, Modi said, “When I talk about unemployment, corruption and inflation, they talk only about secularism.”
Reminding former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s development and peace effort for the Jammu and Kashmir, Modi said, “We want Bharat Vijay against corruption and mis-governance.”
“Why has Prevention of Corruption Act not been implemented in Jammu and Kashmir? Why those who cry about Jan Lokpal don’t speak about this?” asked Modi.
“I just want the country to give me 60 months against the 60 years of Congress rule. I just want to be a watchman of this country for 60 months,” he added.
“Trust me if you want to change your life,” Modi said.
