Congress candidate and popular South Indian actress Nagma has reportedly been manhandled at an election rally in Meerut. The actress is contesting from Meerut seat for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

She was surrounded by a mob the moment she arrived the rally site at Jallikoti area. Nagma has reportedly slapped a person who was manhandling her.

Visibly upset Nagma left the site and said if such an event happens once again then she would never come back to Meerut.

Meerut Congress president Salim Bharti dismissed reports that the actress was manhandled her and said that although there was a ‘furore’ but it was common.

Last week a Congress legislator, Gajraj Singh, was caught on camera manhandling Nagma. He reportedly also kissed her. Congress has yet to take action against Gajraj Singh despite Rahul Gandhi’s assurance of taking action.
