On Tuesday, the Kerala Chief Minister had written to the Prime Minister about the incident and the Delhi police came under severe criticism after reports claimed it acted under a call made by fringe group Hindu Sena.
More than a dozen policemen had walked into the canteen of the Kerala House after Hindu Sena leader had made a call complaining about Beef being served in the canteen. Following which Beef was taken off the canteen menu and the entire incident triggered controversy and protest.
