The coming Lok Sabha polls will witness intense fight in the Chandni Chowk constituency in Delhi as Dr. Harshvardhan Singh of BJP is set to take on senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal and AAP leader Ashutosh.
Union Minister Kapil Sibal who won his last two elections from Chandni Chowk constituency has said that he is confident to repeat the history.
This time BJP has experimented with new faces in Delhi. BJP has not won a single seat last election and is hopeful to get five out of seven seats in Delhi.
BJP’s national spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi will take on former sports minister and Congress spokesperson Ajay Maken in the crucial New Delhi constituency.
Bhojpuri actor Manoj Tiwari will fight for BJP in Delhi North East constituency and Dalit leader Udit Raj has been pitted in North West Delhi seat. BJP has also given ticket to Mahesh Giri to fight from Delhi East constituency, while Sahib Singh Verma’s son Parvesh Verma will contest from West Delhi.
Ramesh Bhiduri will fight from South Delhi seat.
