Goa BJP hits back at Digvijaya Singh

A day after Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh ctiticised corruption in the state, Goa BJP has hit back at Singh and said he should stop sympathising with dead Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden.

Speaking to the reporter in Panaji, Goa BJP Vice President Wilfred Mesquita said, “Digvijaya Singh should concentrate on the misdeeds and corruption, which has engulfed the UPA government.

“Singh should also stop sympathising with terrorist activities in India and with terrorists involved in the Batla House case (in Delhi) or those identified by the IB (Intelligence Bureau) or with Osama bin Laden, whom he respectfully addresses as Osama ‘ji’,” Mesquita added.
