The Congress led UPA government has faced a huge embarrassment today as its own party member from Andhra Pradesh have given a notice for no-trust motion against UPA government over the Telangana issue along with TDP MP.
Congress MP Sabbam Hari and TDP MP M Venugopala Reddy gave the notices early today in the Lok Sabha against the Manmohan Singh government’s decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh and create separate Telengana statehood.
Speaker Meira Kumar was forced to adjourn the House for the day as the Seemandhra MPs cutting across all parties stormed the Well of the house and shouted slogans against the UPA government.
The Andhra assembly had earlier rejected the draft Telenga Bill.
