AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal has rejected the proposal of issue-based support to BJP.
“There is no question of supporting BJP. What Prashant said on Monday was his personal opinion,” Arvind Kejriwal tweeted.
Earlier AAP leader Prashant Bhushan said that AAP could support BJP in forming the government in Delhi to end the deadlock.
AAP leader Manish Sisodia ruled out the possibility of BJP-AAP alliances.
“Someone like Prashant Bhushan saying we will support BJP is unbelievable. For someone like Prashant Bhushan to say this is not possible. There is no way he can think in terms of an AAP and BJP collaboration,” said Sisodia.
Meanwhile the BJP said that it will bring the Jan Lokpal Bill if they form the government.
“We are dedicated to making Delhi rid of corruption, it’s not because Prashant Bhushan or anyone else says so. If we can make the country rid of polio, surely we can make Delhi rid of corruption.” BJP CM candidate Harsh Vardhan said.
