Verdict to be given on Nov 25 in Aarushi Talwar murder case

The ongoing saga into sensational double murder case of teenager Aarushi Talwar and domestic help Hemraj will take a major leap, when CBI court will pronounce its verdict on 25th November.

Additional Sessions Judge Shyam Lal reserved the order on Tuesday after the defence and CBI closed their final arguments.

While CBI is stick on its claim that the parents of Aarushi Talwar- Dr. Rajesh Talwar and Dr. Nupur Talwar had theirdaughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, the defence lawyers declined the claim and alleged that CBI is framing Talwars.

In 2008, 14-year-old Aarushi Talwar was brutally murdered at the Talwar family’s Noida residence. Talwars’ servant, Hemraj’s body was also found next day on the terrace. The prime accused of the murders, Rajesh Talwar was arrested exactly one week after the horrific incident. He got bail after 2 months.
