Is there life in Mars! The ever ending quest will finally get the answer very soon!
The most expensive, most complicated and most intelligent machine ‘The Mars Curiosity Rover’ has successfully landed on Red Planet.
This is the most giant step NASA has ever taken since landing on moon. At around 6.30am GMT on Monday when Curiosity successfully landed it was a visible triumph and whooping moment for the NASA scientists who were spending $2.5 billion for this mission.
Planet Mars is 50% further away from the sun than our planet Earth, therefore Mars is extensively cold and dusty. Also there is no rain on Mars because the low temperatures and pressures. Now curiosity will give much more details in reality and explore the possibilities of lives there.
Many Indian scientists were also involved in this amazing mission. Aerospace engineer Anita Sengupta is among critical scientist who is a part of this misson.
Now we have to wait for few days to get more details. Kudos to NASA scientists!
