Rains disrupt Maha Kumbh Mela

Saturday’s heavy rains caused destruction at the Maha Kumbh Mela premises, making lives of pilgrims, seers and journalists tougher.

The kumbh mela turned into a horrible mess.  The electricity poles had come down at many places making the situation worsen. Water logging has been seen at several places and roads are damaged severely.

Many pilgrims and seers have started leaving the Kumbh mela premises as it had destroyed many tents and ruined rations.

Officials and volunteers are trying hard to rescue the situation but rains are interrupting the process.
