Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is the most searched Indian politician on Google.
According to Google’s Zeitgeist report 2013, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is in the second spot behind Modi. According to Google Modi’s crowning ceremony as BJP’s prime ministerial candidate was also the most popular news event of this year.
Congress vice president and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi is the third most searched Indian politician on Google followed by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Tamil Nahu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa.
Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP leader is the sixth most searched politician on Google beating Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who are in seventh and eighth potion on top 10 list respectively.
Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh and BJP leader Sushma Swaraj are also in the top 10 searched list.
