Ban on web pages linked to IIPM lifted by Gwalior court
Over-rulling its earlier order, a court in Gwalior lifted ban on 70 URLs, carrying content related to Arindam Chaudhari’s IIPM.
The contents linked to IIPM’s are now accessible online.
Earlier the court ordered government to block 70 URLs which carry defamatory article about management guru Arindam Chaudhari and the Indian Institute of Premier Management.
Government apealed against the order.
