The soft-spoken CEO of Google Inc Larry Page has lost his voice temporarily and missed out Google’s important annual shareholders’ meeting on Thursday.
Larry Page is advice to take rest for several weeks. He will not take part in any public speaking activities for quite some time. Although Larry Page will continue to run Google, but he will now rely on email and other writing for communications until his voice recovers.
Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt informed shareholders that Page “lost his voice” on Thursday at the Annual meeting and he will not speak at the upcoming Google’s second-quarter results.
