Gautam Adani & Suresh Prabhu cancel Wharton visit

Industrialist Gautam Adani has cancelled his visit to the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in protest of Universities’ decision to cancel Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s speech at the Wharton India Economic Forum.

Modi’s speech via video conference was cancelled earlier due to protest by Wharton’s professors and students.

Shiv Sena leader Suresh Prabhu also skipped his scheduled visit to the Wharton.

Milind Deora, Shabana Azmi, Javed Akhtar and Montek Singh Ahluwalia are some of the invitee who will address the Wharton annual forum later this month.
