A new book, written by ex-Facebook employee claims CEO and founder Mark Zuckerberg used to threaten to execute under-performing staff with a Japanese samurai sword.
According to reports in Mirror, Noah Kagan aka employee number 30, claimed it was Zuckerberg’s “immature” administrative style that he used when he started off the social networking site which has now become World’s most popular and one of the richest portal.
In his book, ‘How I Lost 170 million dollars’, Kagan said that Zuckerberg would jokingly threat the employees to cut off their head if they not perform well. He even claimed that once Zuckerberg threw water on an engineer’s computer for not liking his work.
Kagan worked for Facebook for eight months but was sacked in 2006. In the process he also lost out 0.1 percent stake in Facebook whose market value is almost 101 million pounds.
