Putin rival Boris Berezovsky found dead in England

The self-exiled Russian business tycoon and Russian President Vladimir Putin’s rival Boris Berezovsky was found dead at his Berkshire house in England on Saturday.

67-year-old Boris Berezovsky was former close associate of Kremlin and Vladimir Putin, but later became Putin’s fiercest rival.

Many times, over the last several years Berezovsky alleged that President Vladimir Putin is a dictator and Russian government is trying to take monopoly on the media.

The cause of death is not clear yet. Thames Valley Police are investigating on Berezovsky’s “unexplained death. Some reports are suggesting that Berezovsky had been depressed lately.

Boris Berezovsky’s Lawyer Alexander Dobrovinsky told Russian state TV that Berezovsky had been in “a horrible, terrible” condition.

“All he had was debts, he was practically destroyed. He was selling his paintings and other things,” Dobrovinsky told.
