2012 Yamaha Ray Automatic Scooter Launched In India

Recently Yamaha India has launched ‘Yamaha Ray Automatic Scooter’ in India at a price of Rs. 46,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).

The Yamaha Ray Automatic scooter is specially made for women, who can find it very stylish and attractive. Yamaha has appointed Deepika Padukone as their brand ambassador.

Powered by 113cc four stroke, single cylinder engine, the Yamaha Ray has an electric start option as standard. Yamaha also claims that the Ray will give 0-60 Kph run in 12 seconds.  It has a fuel tank capacity of 5 liters.

Yamaha will sell the Ray with a 2 year or 24,000 KM (whichever comes first) warranty. The Bookings for Yamaha Ray Automatic Scooters have started.
